When You Can Get a Refund
We offer four types of refunds to cover every scenario. Each is designed to protect your investment and give you peace of mind.
Non-Posting Refund
If a purchased tradeline does not post to at least two of the three major credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion) within the specified timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement tradeline of equal or greater value.
Eligibility Requirements
- Report non-posting within 60 days of expected posting date
- Provide accurate personal information (name, SSN, DOB)
- Submit a copy of your credit report showing the non-posting
- No credit freeze or fraud alert on your file at the time of posting
Refund Timeline
How to Request a Refund
Our refund process is simple and transparent. Follow these steps and we will take care of the rest.
Submit Your Claim
Log into your client portal and complete the refund claim form. Include your order number, the reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation.
We Review Your Request
Our team reviews your claim within 24 hours. We may contact you if we need additional information or documentation to process your request.
Claim Approved
Once approved, we confirm the refund amount and method. You will receive an email notification with the details and expected refund date.
Refund Issued
Your refund is processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Cryptocurrency refunds are issued at the USD equivalent value at the time of the original transaction.
