By accessing or using the Bank Rover website ("bankrover.net"), mobile applications, or any services provided by Bank Rover LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bank Rover LLC regarding your use of our platform, including but not limited to purchasing authorized user tradelines, selling tradeline spots, participating in our broker program, and accessing any related content or tools.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to use our services. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If you are using our services on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where we suspect fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

Bank Rover provides a marketplace for authorized user tradelines. We connect individuals seeking to improve their credit profiles ("Buyers") with credit card holders willing to add authorized users to their accounts ("Sellers").

Bank Rover does not guarantee specific credit score improvements. Results vary based on individual credit profiles, existing credit history, and other factors beyond our control.

All tradeline purchases are subject to availability and seller approval. We reserve the right to substitute a comparable tradeline if the originally selected tradeline becomes unavailable.

The authorized user relationship is temporary and intended solely for credit reporting purposes. Buyers understand and agree that they will not receive physical cards, account access, or spending privileges on any tradeline account.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at checkout is the final price you will pay.

Payment must be made in full before any authorized user is added to a tradeline account. We accept credit cards, debit cards, ACH transfers, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, cryptocurrency, and wire transfers.

Credit card transactions are subject to a 3% processing fee, which will be clearly disclosed at checkout. ACH transfers, Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App payments incur no additional fees.

For orders over $1,000, split payment arrangements may be available upon request by contacting our support team at 305-239-8865.

Bank Rover offers a posting guarantee on all tradeline purchases. If a purchased tradeline does not post to at least two of the three major credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion) within the specified timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund or a replacement tradeline of equal or greater value.

To initiate a refund claim, you must submit a non-posting form through your client portal or email info@bankrover.net within 60 days of the tradeline's expected posting date.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of claim approval. Cryptocurrency payments will be refunded at the USD equivalent value at the time of the original transaction.

Refund eligibility requires that the buyer has provided accurate personal information, including correct name, Social Security Number, and date of birth. Errors in buyer-provided information void the posting guarantee.

Sellers must be the primary account holders of the credit cards they list on our platform. Selling tradeline spots on accounts you do not own or control is strictly prohibited.

Sellers must maintain their accounts in good standing at all times. Accounts with late payments, high utilization, or derogatory marks may be removed from the platform.

Sellers agree to add authorized users promptly upon receiving instructions from Bank Rover and to remove authorized users after the agreed-upon reporting period.

Sellers are responsible for any tax obligations arising from tradeline sale income. Bank Rover will issue 1099 forms to sellers who earn $600 or more in a calendar year.

The Bank Rover Broker Program allows approved individuals and businesses to earn commissions by referring clients to our platform.

Brokers must complete our registration process and agree to additional broker-specific terms. Commission rates, payout schedules, and performance requirements are detailed in the broker agreement.

Brokers are independent contractors and not employees of Bank Rover. Brokers are responsible for their own marketing expenses, tax obligations, and business compliance.

Bank Rover reserves the right to terminate broker relationships at any time for cause, including but not limited to fraudulent referrals, misrepresentation of services, or violation of marketing guidelines.

All content on the Bank Rover website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Bank Rover LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from our platform without our prior written consent.

The Bank Rover name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Bank Rover LLC. You may not use our trademarks without express written permission.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

By using our services, you consent to our collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services.

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, using automated scripts or bots to interact with our platform, interfering with other users' accounts, submitting false or misleading information, and engaging in fraudulent transactions.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these prohibitions.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Bank Rover makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information on our platform.

We do not guarantee that our services will meet your specific requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Bank Rover is not a credit repair organization, law firm, or financial advisor. We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. Any information provided on our platform is for educational purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bank Rover LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bank Rover LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
